This was the Monday of this week. Jesus had just had His Triumphant entry into Jerusalem the day before on This Brand-New Colt (brand new Rolls Royce!) We are told He was very hungry! We are told a few times in the scriptures when Jesus was hungry, but we are rarely told of him showing much emotion, especially of Great Expectations in things. Isaiah described Him as a man of many sorrows! He always seemed to have known what was coming His way ahead of time, but in this instance, He appeared disappointed!! ⁃ it becomes very noticeable and interesting that KJV describes Jesus as coming with much expectation to find fruit on the fig tree when He had noticed the Fig tree full of leaves in the distance.
