Though we read so much about the life of Jesus, it appears this chapter is drawing our attention to a ‘sneak peek’ into what Jesus’ days were like. ⁃ Jesus sent 2 of His disciples to go into a village by Bethany. ⁃ He asked that they bring to Him a colt tied to the gate of a house. (this suggests some form of ownership). ⁃ The interesting thing, however, was ‘that no man had ever sat on this colt (just like a tear rubber car/ brand new car).
