How do we build Trust?
By Knowing and Understanding the Characteristics of a Person or the Principles that form a Policy or Process. Trust, like communication, is a 2-way process. -It involves time studying and understanding Principles or Characters that govern a Person. -We know what they could do and not do from the CHARACTER display and their WORDS. —We are then Vulnerable to Rely on what they have said or act based on what we expect they would do based on what we now know about them. ( eg, politicians ) *Trust is very VITAL in any relationship! *Whether it be business, Marriage, Parenting, or Spiritual. (Unbelievers partnering together)
Good results or Progress would be lacking without Trust.
It is, therefore, worth taking our time to invest INTENTIONALLY in that relationship. Taking note of Vital occurrences that point to the Character and Content of that individual or process. *** Being aware of the Importance of Trust to Achievements, Advancements, and Progress, we should resolve to do the following in all our relationships- 1. Be true to your word and follow through with your actions. … 2. Learn how to communicate effectively with others. … Don’t assume they understand. Get a Reback. 3. Take time to make decisions and think before acting too quickly. 4. Remind yourself that it takes time to build and earn trust. …patience is needed
